The team at Physically Active believe you should be, and we have been helping South-East Queenslanders improve their quality of life since 2012. Our Exercise Physiologists are accredited through Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) – the one and only governing body for exercise physiology, exercise science, and sports science in Australia. We are part of the allied health group alongside other professions such as osteopathy, physiotherapy, dietetics, podiatry, occupational therapy, and psychology.
Our Exercise Physiologists are university qualified practitioners who have studied human physiology and exercise science. We not only treat a range of conditions, illnesses, and injuries but also prevent them from occurring or reoccuring. What sets us apart from other “exercise trainers” is our evidence-based paradigm. Our knowledge is internationally recognised and our exercise prescription will protect, restore and maintain optimal physical function.
A unique and innovative exercise program will help you achieve your goals, perform at your genetic best, and live the best life you can.
